I use wonder weeks. It tells you all the milestones your baby could be going through
I wouldn’t bother, you’ll end up just bringing stressed out if the baby isn’t reaching the milestones when it says they should be 🙄
Wonder Weeks I find helpful to give me peace of mind that the difficult stages are quite normal 😅 and they’re helpful if you go in with a realistic mindset x
@Coadie I was going to say the same thing, some people focus too much on milestones and wake windows, etc and it makes it more stressful. I'm not trying to make people feel bad but I'd just do a Google search rather than getting an app and stressing over it if baby isn't doing certain things. They all reach milestones ect at different ages
That’s very true, don’t focus too much on the actual milestones. What I like about the apps is more it tells you why the baby is fussing for what you think seems to be no reason. I tend to not check the app until my LO sleep changes or he gets extra fussy. Then I check it and he’s generally going through a leap
Heal. It’s also like chatGBT. You can ask questions if anything worries you
I use the Baby Sparks app which I like since it gives you articles and practical daily activities to do. Costs around £100 but worth it if you make use of it I think x
