It is important to give room for this kind of things. There are books about it. Google one. Start with breathing excercises everyday, either early when you wake up or before you go to sleep. Then imagine situations, one at a time, and how you would think it would be best to behave or respond. Rehearse it in your mind. Then see if you can put it into practice on your day to day. It can be something simple as saying good morning to everyone in the office or asking for help. Social anxiety is very common and a lot of people feel like you.
I’m the same way lol even at work I just keep to myself. I always feel awkward or the odd one out. Or I always think people are looking at me and judging me.
