I haven't changed anything i don't eat much but feel like I've gained weight and have symptoms and I never have missed my period for anything else other than pregnancy but the attitude home tests keep comming back as negative so confusing and frustrating

Be patient mama-wait fewer more days to see how things transition. Maybe it’s just a day or two set back. If you don’t see any change day 28-30 of missed cycle, you’ll know what to do!
