Periods cycle longer than usual after miscarriage

Hi mommies I had miscarriage last year in November, I was 3 months pregnant. I want to try again, but after miscarriage my periods cycle longer than usual before my periods cycle was 7 days. But after miscarriage since last year November my periods 10 to 12 days longer, after 7days periods not heavy but not completely finished, I am struggling with my ovulation date so I try again. But don’t know what’s happening. Can anyone help me or it happened with anyone. Please help. Thanks

Are you using the Flo app? One of my periods following a miscarriage lasted nearly 3 weeks and my Dr offered a blood test but also advised that my cycle is correcting itself after the sudden change. I used the Flo app after that to start trying again when I was confident I was ovulating again x

When you download it, select the “Get Pregnant” feature on settings. You’ll need to enter some past period dates and the future red circles will show expected period and green will be estimated ovulation dates. The more information you put in, the better chance of calculating an accurate ovulation window. My Dr did a full blood I think, and advised me to continue on iron as it was showing low.
