Transfer day

This morning I had my fresh transfer of a 5AB blastocyst embryo. I’m really hoping and praying it sticks. I’ve been curled on the settee all day not wanting to move out of fear something will happen, it’s going be a long 9 days. Any tips or advice very welcome please 🤞🏻

Yay! Good luck! Try to keep up with your routines, keep your mind busy, and distracted. Trash tv helped me lol. Also, honor your feelings and fears and acknowledge them. When we try not to think about something, the more we think about it, so acknowledge them and then try to move on to other things. Surround yourself with ppl who know what you are going through, let them love on you. Best of luck!!

Yay good luck. I am here currently awaiting my 4AA frozen transfer

My little 5AB is nearly 18 weeks right now in my tummy, and was my second transfer.. Wishing you sooooo much embaby dust 💖🙏🏻

@Bela Thank you, I’m going to try and be as ‘normal’ as possible and not wish time away

@Patrice Good luck 🤞🏻

@Dani Congratulations, any tips or anything you did differently to help things stick

I did acupuncture this round, beetroot juice, pomegranates seeds, Brazil nuts, walnuts.. thought about diet a little, Carried on as normal with my days though, However I did put myself on 75mg asprin during round 2, and day 2 of my stims to help blood flow to my uterus 💖🙏🏻 I honestly kept my calm and was so chilled during round 2, So do mindful things you enjoy.. xx

Good luck!!! 🤞🏻 Short daily walks helped me to clear my head and get the blood flowing to make it stick! You got this! 💞🙏🏻 Baby dust ✨

You can move , to my knowledge bed rest is not recommended. I was on holiday in Yorkshire in my 2WW and it worked (healthy pregnancy and baby) xx

@Dani I’m mostly going to try and keep calm and relaxed and just hope everything will be ok xx

@TK Thank you. I walk 10 mins to work from my car every day so hoped that will help xx

@Carmina yeah I know I can it’s just feeling weird and anxious I’m sure I’ll be fine by tomorrow xx

Keep active and busy, so the days pass quicker and you're closer to testing day. You can't make it go wrong, there's nothing you can do to make it fail, so just eat well to fuel your body and mind and keep moving to encourage blood flow. Currently snuggling my 5AB in bed whilst he pokes my face 😊

@Charley Thank you, I’m going to try xx

The way I think about it now is carry on with your life and day to day as nothing happened, is hard but can help get the best possible outcome xx
