Ive selected which delivery options i can do - evri and in post as i dont have a printer
Someone has bought an item using in post but its sent me a label to print and the label is royal mail. I’ve cancelled it and asked him to repurchase but its done the same thing. Why has it gone to RM when its inpost and why is it telling me to print when i dont usually?

If you look at the bottom of the Royal Mail label, it should say In Post. Which means you can drop it off at the post office or in post locker but it’s annoying because you do have to print the label yourself. Not sure why they don’t generate QR codes for all orders though 🤷🏽♀️
If it’s InPost home delivery they use the Royal Mail sometimes to deliver them x
Yeahhh i realised on my settings locker to home you require a printer 🥲. Annoying lost out on £15 Thank you girls xx
