When is my CD trying to do the ovulation test I ended my period on Feb 22 so my CD today is it the CD5 or CD11

My LH went up so much yesterday but has come right back down this morning. It’s not the lighting as I scanned them in in different lights and the line was visibly darker to me. Does this mean I’ve peaked? Or a random fluke? (PCOS Queen and I’ve never tracked my ovulation before)
