Lunch with my LO
Sometimes me and my girl eat lunch together and watch NCIS lol. I never thought anything of it until I realised this is also screen time lol. She might not understand anything, but we always have a jolly time when we do.
Idk why but I feel like a bad parent.

I always used to watch NCIS with my LB when he was younger (not that he had any interest in it 🤣). I've stopped watching it now though and watching more baby appropriate tv, when it is on, just in case he does pick any words, or anything, up from it 😅 x
My boy will grow up loving TOWIE, Gossip Girl and MAFS at this point 😂 he never actually watches it when it’s on in the background but if his next words are ‘XOXO’ I’ll know why!

I don’t think you need to feel like a bad parent. If it’s something you want to change then do, if not then continue as you are. You set the standard for your own parenting no one else 👍🏼
