Oh same here would love too as we don't have family to take care of little one just me and partner. So it would be so helpful. So definitely following

Hopefully we get some ideas girls ❤️

Hey, just an alternative viewpoint here and absolutely isn't a one-size-fits-all, but I have a WFH job and unless the role you're applying for is flexible, it might be hard to work it around children at home with no childcare. I work a 9-5, and it's absolutely no different to any other office job minus the commute, I need to be switched on for each of those hours, otherwise deadlines aren't being hit, etc. I already know that when I return to work from maternity leave, I absolutely won't be able to give my full attention to both my job and my baby effectively, and one will suffer (obviously my job as I won't allow baby to). If the role you apply for will allow you to work around your child's nap windows, or you're able to do part-time and find childcare, they might be good options, but there's a risk of burnout with the constant structure with flexible working, and your employer will expect deadlines to be hit regardless. Just something to consider, but I hope everyone finds something suitable!
