Cup. And heavy flow period undies for night. I haven’t bought period products since Covid coz frankly, I ain’t about to fight w some woman over a pack of pads at the store 😂 I jumped on the reusable train back then. plus it actually holds more, the smallest cup holds 4 tampons’ worth.

I use pads on the first day or two of my period, then I use period pants after as I usually have a 2 or 3 light days after.
Pads for me, and if heavy flow I wear period undies aswell. Never tried a tampon in my life! Haven’t heard of disc, had to google it!

Switched from tampons to a cup years ago and they’re sooo much nicer and more comfortable. I’ve only had 3 periods between babies and not started them again yet so will probably need to find a new cup that fits, but I highly recommend!
