I think it’s meant to be 3 days before and 3 days after

I used this last year and it worked I got pregnant using it first time and I have PCOs and have been trying for 6 years x

I’ve used the Boots version of this, and twice I’ve got pregnant with it! I’m still sceptical, I don’t know if it was just coincidence, but worth a try for sure. I’ve read people take it during their fertile window, and 2-3 days after ovulation. That’s what I’ve been doing. I hope it works for you! Send us an update.🤗 Best of luck to you.

So I’m totally 7 days the 3 days before ovulation, ovulation day and 3 days after I took it twice a day but I wasn’t consistent and had the flu at the time x

I’ve tried this while I was doing ivf- seen a lot different in discharge & think it make it more slippy. Am gna try it again when am trying for baby no2 without ivf.

I’ve been taking it twice a day, morning and evening, one tablespoon each time. I’ve had a cough this month so it was actually convenient to take it.😂 Feel free to direct message me about the result! I’m curious.🤗
