Colonoscopy

Drink lots to stay hydrated and stay near a toliet and have someone to help out.

@Sarah thank you! How did you find the colonoscopy itself? Did you get sedation?

I didn't get the sedation due to breastfeeding. I found it very uncomfortable, but I had gas and air and focused on my breathing which helped.
