I used the combined pill (Rigevidon) for three years and never had any side affects or problems! :) also got my cycle back really quickly after coming off which was good if your planning to have any more kids :)
I take regividon too and is really good. In the past I take other pills and give me a lot of side affects but with Regevidon everything was great
I’ve had all forms of contraception as I’m extremely sensitive to hormones. I personally hated the implant, I went absolutely bananas on it and felt very out of control of my body and like I was watching my life from the outside looking in. Drs refused to take it out after 3 months - even though we had an agreement as I knew my body and told them when they fitted it how sensitive I was - and I was that crazy I threatened to take it out myself 🙈 I loved the patch, I was in it for a couple of years and the only reason I had to switch is I was getting bad headaches which was a concern for the dr. I’ve had the hormonal coil and hated it for the reasons that I hated the implant. I’ve had the copper coil and that one was probably the best I’ve had, it did stop my periods though for a while. The only reason that came out was because of my endometriosis the gyne recommended the hormonal one 🫠 I’ve also done the depo injection and it does take a while to come out of your system. I was 23…
Months after stopping it to finding out we were pregnant the first time. It’s been that long since I’ve tried any form of pill contraceptives I couldn’t comment other than the knee I tried made me cuckoo 🤦🏼♀️ Think having an open conversation with your doctor is really beneficial about what would work for you and not just put on something cause it’s convenient for them. I personally have found now that tracking my cycle is the easiest way and doing my bbt every morning tells me when I’m okay to have sex and when not to but i understand that’s not for everyone x
The injection takes up to 2 years to come out your system and if you want to try to get pregnant after it can take well over 2 years to get pregnant again. The implant loads of people I know had to go on the pill to sort out non stop bleeding (we are talking for 6 months straight no breaks before their doctor would listen and help, by which point they were serverly unwell). I don't know much about the patch. I was always on the combined pill
