Loosing weight on birth control

Im at the same place as you🤣 im scared to gain weight because i lost so much

I think birth control is just trial and error i have heard people gaining a lot of weight on the arm implant and the shot

I never put on excessive weight with contraception but if I did put on weight it was much much harder to loose it.

I'm on destrogel the one you take all the time and lost over 2 stone on it. I find it hard but following slimming world and I've lost 2 and half stone since having my little girl 12 months ago

@Noelle I lost weight on the arm implant, but have heard horrid things about the shot

When I was on the pill I gained a lot of weight then I switched over to the nice ring cause the pill also made me sick and I’ve been able to loose weight and maintain it!
