Party

Anyone throwing a party for their soon to be one year olds? Mine is mostly planned, but am I supposed to have party activities? Has anyone done something cute or planning on activities?

Getting a ball pit and slide for the toddlers. No activities as of yet. I'm working on it.

I feel silly for planning a birthday party because I don’t have any friends. So it would just be my parents and sister…

Planning on going to an indoor play area for my daughter!

We are also going to do the fairies' first birthday party 🥰 and I am going to pay for a painting activity for the kids. There is a group on Facebook that offers paint rentals. In my case I still don't know what to offer for food, do you have any ideas or what will you give for food?

Just a small family party, Cookie Monster theme!

Honestly, no lol for my toddlers birthday, yes! Lots of games and prizes, a piñata too. But for my son, it’s just a big bbq with family and friends. We’ll have some games set up like cornhole and ladder ball. As well as some chalk and bubbles. Plus. he’ll have a piñata and take home bags for the kids. I’ve set up coloring supplies before at parties but no one has ever used them. If you’re okay with temporary tattoos ALL OVER your kiddo, those are always a big hit at my kids parties.

My party will only have 3 kiddos. Haha! My one year old, a 2 year old and a 3 year old.

We are doing a party with family, but I have a large family so it will still be a lot of people lol I'm not really planning on doing activities. Our theme is pirates and for food, we are doing all my sons favorite foods!

We reserved the pavilion with picnic tables at a park. We are inviting friends and family!! It’s right next to the playground for our friends with older kids and we also have a printable “ nature scavenger hunt” activity. Super cheap and easy to entertain them before, after, and in between lunch/ cake

I got coloring pages and sticker books for the kids

We are taking my son to the zoo as a family and spending time making memories rather than throwing a big party. No one showed for my daughters so we decided to just make memories and not worry about the pay or stress of a party

Im not sure I'm going to throw a party for my 1 year old. I was thinking since it's his day take him to the zoo or a park or something to keep him busy and active. I know we will do a cupcake for his cake. I'm not going to go to crazy on it just cause he's not going to remember and I like saving money. If my family and friends want to come along they can. But a party i think it's to much for a 1 year in my opinion. I just want to see my kid having fun and a little frosting on his face 😂.
