Hey! I started acupuncture a few months before my transfer the first time and about 6 weeks before my transfer this time. I had 1 a week until transfer day, and then I had 2 sessions on the day. Another on day 5 and now have 1 a month! With regards to where, do you mean body or location?

I started acupuncture on the start of stimming, She also offered light massage and lazor light therapy. She concentrated on my circulation, fertility points and also my head as I'm a migrane sufferer.. I had 6 sessions in total, 2 during the stims weeks, 1 before and 1 after egg collection & 1 transfer day, she did more needle points on the day of transfer 💖🙏🏻 I was offered a complimentary session when I was 12 weeks pregnant too 😊 I was so relaxed I didn't really take note where they went, barely noticed anything, I know there were a few.. But I definately recommend, I've seen it work wonders for others and it worked for me 😊🙏🏻

Wow, that's amazing Congratulations to the both of you. If you don't mind me asking what made you look into acupuncture? I have booked my 1st session next week as I have heard those undergoing ivf see it as a successXx

Thank you 😊 I had reflexology for my very first transfer but that didn't take. My clinic offered acupuncture, so I knew it was something they advised, so I did some research and found a highly recommended fertility acupuncturist local to me (my clinic is a little bit of a drive) had a consultantation and haven't looked back! Xx

@Aneesa I've had multiple losses and 16yrs of infertility, my first round didn't work, and I just wanted to try something outside the box.. I was recommended my lady through people that were at the same clinic as me, And thought stuff it, I've got nothing to loose at this point... She was a great asset honestly, very knowledgeable on Endrocrology and Gynecology issues (which I have) I had been told to acupuncture from the start of my issues and was just sooo skeptical, but I took the leap of faith and feel like the universe moved mountains afterwards ✨️

I did 1 session per week though our full fertility journey not just IVF. Currently 21 weeks pregnant.

That's really good to hear, I will be going through my last fet with my last embryo so I want to give it my all, and after hearing your successes, I will definitely also add acupuncture into the mix.xx

@Aneesa all the best for your transfer, definitely throw everything at it and try to stay calm and relaxed during the process.
