Generally I've pulled it down because usually within 2 mouthfuls it's erect and the foreskin isn't an issue. I just use that ever isn't taught to massarge the head with my hand when ever I fancy being a little lazy and not putting that much effort it. Never had complaints only compliments on that one but their usually not looking by this point 😹🫣

It really depends on how much foreskin he has. Personally I pull it back a bit even when it’s hard so the skin is under the head.
