What do you guys do when your having on off day.Like your moody or feel down and you do pep talks,listen to music…Im running out of ideas on what to do to put myself in a good mood…ideas on what you guys do please…

Ask for help 🫶🏻 And I mean not a therapist, but some help with household chores etc. It changes everything. Ask your parents, partner, friends etc.

Getting out of the house, even if it’s just for a walk, a coffee shop, or just a drive!

Also what you eat matters too

It’s weird how it happens. Yesterday I woke up to chocolates balloons and flowers but the lack of sleep made me feel moody too. I got out of the house and had a heart to heart talk with a friend. Just a quick check in with myself helps. Find gratitude. Walks help. Some way of self care, even if it’s just a routine of my snacks or hair care. Keep investing in you. You’ll never regret the time you spend on your mental health.

Leave the house. It’s wild how much better I feel even if it makes me anxious to get out with baby

I reach out to friends, my mom, husband. I also go for a walk on my own. Getting out of the house and being in fresh air does wonder for me. Squeeze in a nap if you can too, I feel I get moody when I'm tired
