Hey Sarah I’m also booked in for an ECV tomorrow and feel your nerves! Baby was previously head down at 36 weeks but at 38 weeks has now switched into breech position. Hoping for a successful ECV tomorrow to avoid a planned c-section next week

I was footling breach at 36 weeks but she did move by 37 thankfully, one of my friends was breach at 41+2 and had successful ECV and said it wasn't bad at all, sweep was worse... she then had him at 42 weeks all safe x

I had an ECV Friday was absolutely fine. Wasn't actually that painful either felt like going over a bridge in a car when he flipped
