Chances are you don’t have GD, When I had it with my 3rd I literally had a phone call 8.30am the next morning x
I had my test on the 27th of December, and got a positive result phone call on the 30th. They'd definitely ring you if it was positive x

When I had mine today they said I would get a call tomorrow morning if I have GD but no news is good news
