Doula

This is my first time using a doula and I have loved the support so far 💗 she's been with me through the whole pregnancy.

@🪷Faith🪷That’s awesome! It’s a last minute decision for me but I’m thinking of doing it. It sounds like they’re readily available at the birthing hospital near us. I read that having a doula can lead to a shorter, less intensive birth.

I love my doula SO much! Sometimes insurance will cover it. But it’s nice to have someone ease your anxieties around childbirth and also advocate for you!
