Perinatal care issue

Hey guys , I had my assessment with my perinatal team past week and had done it all. The person who came by was making me aware that I should expect an email or phone call either Wednesday or Friday. It's Friday and I haven't heard much from the team so I haven't got a clue what's going on might ring ne on Monday if not I seriously been waiting for a month to get assessed to now getting again no where. so I'm just curious if anyone had the same issue and how long were they waiting for they call back from the team ?? I will ring up next week and pester now because I'm 25 weeks with not a lot of support as it is and I feel like this would benefit my mental health overall but I'm slowly feeling myself give up on everything with the mental health support around my end (York Scarborough area)... Its nothig new to me with the situation at the moment especially this happening when I was pregnant with my 14 month old.
