High leukocytes but no infection?
I’m really confused because I went into triage with pains and a midwife did that swab thing they do with the stick and said I have a raging uti and came up really quick so that’s why I feel pain.
But when they sent off the urine it came back normal and no growth? But said I had high leukocytes ?
They came back as >100x 10*6/L
I have a lot of clumpy discharge and was told it was probably thrush too

@Dana the epithelial cells came back +++ which means yeast infection or urine so I’m guessing that’s probs what it is just confused at the wbc tbh
Sounds like thrush if UTI was negative
Yeah I get this, likely to be the thrush

Maybe ask again for urine test that tests culture and sensitivity. Also, if it's itchy likely it's thrush. They can prescribe you something like Canesten
