I got one on vinted for £45! She had barely used it, I’ve heard some really good things about it being nice for peace of mind- I would be a real worrier and panicker so I think I needed to get it xo
I’ve heard a lot about people saying it made them more stressed so I’m not going to personally
We were advised against it by (of all people) the sales lady in John Lewis. She said she'd heard so many people find it.was causing them added anxiety. But equally a lot of people rave about them!
I’m not getting one either as I know it will increase my anxiety having such easy access to all her stats like that. I want to get one of those movement/breathing monitors that you put under the bedsheets that alarms you when it doesn’t sense breathing
My first was premature and the NICU was really against these as they cause more anxiety and also easily go off when the baby moves etc but was totally fine. Also easy to obsess over checking the app
We could never get ours to work. It wasn’t compatible with our WiFi initially. Now it’s too small for my son anyway. Camera is rubbish and it’s really hard to set up. It was my worst purchase by far
We’ve bought one off recommendation from a friend. We’re both project managers, so work well with stats, and seeing patterns and trends. It’s just how our brains work! She absolutely swears by it. Remember to add it to your wish list for an extra 15% off!
Personally for us it was great. Our first little boy got RSV at 6 months old and it matched the hospitals blood oxygen stats quite accurately. I mainly used it when he was poorly and when we first transferred him to his own room. I really don’t rate their camera though!
